I am a content strategist who helps organizations improve how they create and govern digital content and digital properties at scale.
Currently, I lead digital content strategy at IREX, a global development and education NGO. Before joining IREX, I led digital strategy for overseas operations at Catholic Relief Services, where I served as a founding member of the organization’s content strategy team.
I've also edited book manuscripts for publishing houses and helped to develop digital resources for research libraries. I've built websites since the '90s.
My work has appeared in articles published by 18F, CharityComms, CMSWire, Forum One, Greenpeace, and ICTworks, and in the book Designing Connected Content: Plan and Model Digital Products for Today and Tomorrow, by Mike Atherton and Carrie Hane.
